Garlic-Dijon Pork Roast

Ingredients:

Pork roast

Garlic, minced

Dijon mustard

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325F

  2. Mix garlic and mustard together. Place roast in a casserole dish and smother with garlic, and mustard mixture.

  3. Cook until temp reads ~ 145 F (about 25-30 min per lb of roast)

  4. Let rest.
