10 Minute Wings
This recipe is so simple it’s silly!!
Take your 2 lbs of wings and season with salt/ pepper/ dry rub, whatever you prefer.
Then prepare your pressure cooker by placing a trivet in the bottom and add 1 cup of water.
Put the wings on the trivet, close the top and set it on manual/ high for 10 minutes.
While those cook, prepare your favorite sauce: buffalo, teriyaki, BBQ, etc.
Quick Release the steam when the timer goes off.
Remove the wings and toss in sauce, then place the wings onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Put them in the oven on broil until desired crispness is achieved.
