Curing and Smoking Farm Fresh Meats

Curing and smoking meats is a process that takes time and requires a great deal of care, but it's one that we're happy to coordinate in order to provide our customers with the best possible product.

This process can take several hours, or even days, depending on the type of meat being smoked. The smokehouse monitors the smoking process closely so that the meat is cooked perfectly.

Once the smoking process is complete, the meat is then ready to be enjoyed. Smoking will add additional time to the processing of your pork share order. We also offer nitrate-free options for those who are looking for that, but there is a minimum order so please let us know in advance so we can schedule your order with others looking for the same thing.
