Things to Consider When Purchasing Pork Chops

When it comes to purchasing pork chops, there are a few things you'll want to keep in mind. First, do you want bone-in or boneless? Bone-in chops tend to be more flavorful, but boneless chops are easier to cook. Second, do you want the tenderloin attached or removed? The tenderloin is the most tender part of the hog, but you have to choose bone in if you want it attached to your chops. So, do you want it as a tenderloin roast or as that added little piece next to the bone? Third, what thickness do you want? Thick chops take longer to cook, but they're also more juicy and flavorful.

Once you've decided on the type of chop you want, it's time to start cooking! Below are some of our favorite recipes for forest-Raised Pork Chops.
